Our first two Bike Safe events of 2026 have been a success so far, thanks to everyone who came down! Spaces are filling up for the remainder of the year and due to requests, we’ve now added a Wednesday workshop too! 

Wondering what Bike Safe is? 👇

BikeSafe is a nationally supported road safety initiative offering new riders a full-day workshop combining classroom learning and real-world experience.

Led by trained police motorcyclists and accredited observers the course covers topics like hazard awareness, cornering, filtering, overtaking, group riding and more. All you need to take part is your own motorbike, a full UK or restricted power licence is required, and you will need to bring it and insurance/MOT certificates.

Our force is running a series of events occurring on:

• Saturday, 11 April – FULL

• Wednesday 22nd April

• Sunday 3rd May

• Sunday, 10 May – FULL

• Wednesday 3rd June

• Sunday, 28 June

• Sunday, 12 July

• Saturday, 22 August

• Saturday, 19 September
