Before you buy, make sure you know the law!

🎁 E-scooters might look like a fun and eco-friendly gift, but here’s what you need to know before you buy:

✅ Where can you ride them legally?

Only on private land with the landowner’s permission. Using them in public spaces can lead to:

• £300 fine
• 6 penalty points
• Scooter seized by police

Do: Ride only on private land with permission
Don’t: Use on roads, pavements, or cycle lanes
