Suspicious Circumstances: St Christopher's and St Mathew's Road in Humberston

Dear Resident,

I have seen a Facebook post which relates to a suspicious circumstances where a white male was riding a green motorcycle on St Christopher's/St Mathew's Road in Humberston and paying particular attention to a number of addresses/vehicles.

The rider is described as white, wearing a green t-shirt, black shorts, white trainers, had a black back-pack on and was wearing a red and white helmet.

It is believed that this rider was on St Mathew's Road at about 21:56 hours on Tuesday 21st June 2022.

Could I request that residents view their CCTV system to clarify whether they have clear images and possibly a registration number of the motorcycle?

Could I also take this opportunity to request residents to report all suspicious activity to the Police on either 101 or via on-line?

In order that we can keep one another safe as well as our property, could I request that residents do not leave any tools/valuables in vehicles/display and to ensure that we keep our doors and windows locked?

During warming whether, the temptation is there that we like to leave our windows open in order to receive some fresh air in a bid to cool us down. Generally this is fine IF we are in that same room at the time, however should we leave that specific room, even for a couple of minutes - please consider closing that window which in itself is a deterrent.
