Dear Resident,

I have noticed an increase in calls for service where it is believed that a number of youths are trespassing on a privately owned property - who believe that it may be vacated or unoccupied. The property on this occasion was on TETNEY ROAD in HUMBERSTON.

Could I please urge you as parents to offer your child/(ren) with words of advice and to request them to not to enter properties/outbuildings (other than their own), in a bid to make our area a safer place to live, work and visit.

Some times with perceived derelict properties, there are hidden dangers and I would hate for anyone to receive injuries as a result.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
