Water safety

Please be advised that during the upcoming summer holidays there will be an attraction to water. It is important that although tempting it can be very dangerous - on top of that the water in some places is very hazardous and not clean, which can cause serious health problems. There is a sign on the footbridge at Tickton that NO jumping is allowed; and at the Beck there is signage that indicates NO jumping OR swimming.Please could you educate your children regarding this - it is important that children are safe during these upcoming weeks.
