Despite your Beverley & Haltemprice Neighbourhood Officers and local schools sending out various correspondence and engaging with individuals, we continue to receive complaints regarding those choosing to put the safety of our children at risk by parking on the zig zags outside of schools across our area.

These are there for a reason and there is NO excuse for parking on them

We cannot be there al the time and unfortunately only days after we visit does the problem start again and therefore ask the community for your support in the fight against this.

Operation Snap allows footage or images of driving offences to be uploaded for the team to consider enforcement action - parking on zig zags outside of schools is one of the offences within their remit and, without putting yourselves at risk or getting into a confrontation, if you are able to report such drivers to us with evidence then the team will assess these and update you.
