I've been out and about this morning with the police volunteers talking to the public about Impersonation Fraud. 

The Police or bank will never send someone to your house to collect money, bank cards or ask you to withdraw money from a bank, ATM or supermarket exchange. If they do, it will actually be a criminal trying to scam you.
