Come along to learn more about the work our Rural Task Force do, How they tackle rural crime and protect our communities, and you may even be lucky enough to test out some of the specialist kit they use!

As part of the day, our Rural Task Force team will be showcasing their powerful all-terrain vehicles as well as their imaging scopes, whilst also sharing information about how the team respond to, prevent and target rural crime. They will be joined by colleagues from the Bridlington Neighbourhood Policing Team who will be on hand to discuss what work they are doing locally, answer any questions and offering advice to help you protect your property.

Talking to our local, rural and farming communities, about the work our teams do every day to keep our area safe. I also want to share the difference the team has made to our force area rurally and the significant successes that we have seen from the work that has already been done.”

“We want people to come along, have fun and learn a bit more about policing and rural policing. We’re hoping to provide a really fantastic opportunity for the public to come see exactly what the Rural Task Force are doing and how we are doing it, as well as the chance to see the equipment that we work with day to day.”
